Examples Of Life Values:

Below is a list of life values.

The exercise here is designed to get you more connected to what really matters, and in action as soon as right now.

There is a 3 minute version of this exercise here.

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE : MEET YOUR WISEST ADVISOR, YOUR IDEAL SELF

1. Look at this list. Imagine you travel 1-3 years in the future and meet yourself.

What are the three top life values that they embody?

Tip: Don’t overthink it, don’t take more than a few minutes. You can do this exercise regularly to see if things shift.

2. Writing One: Write those values on a sheet of paper or notebook.

3. Journal One: Look at those values together. What do they say about this person? What does this person have because they so embody those values? What do they have in their life, e.g. a sense of clarity, peace, financial security, comfort with friends, etc?

4. Journal Two: Ask your future self, your ideal self who embodies your core values, what is one small thing you can do or change
